Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA): Essentially for charters where the price is + all expenses.The APA is used to cover all expenses (fuel, food/drinks provisions, docking, special requests, etc). If there is any remaining APA at the end of the charter, it can be refunded to the client or left as a tip if preferred. If the expenses exceed the APA before disembarkation, the client is required to pay the difference (the captain keeps a record throughout the charter and provides all receipts to the client before disembarkation).
