BOAT RENTAL  

How long does the boat rental last?

The rental usually lasts 8 hours, starting normally at 10:00 am. We can always adapt to your needs. You just have to let us know the day before when we contact you to give you the details.

Which boat should I choose?

If you're unsure which boat suits your needs best, let us help you. We'll advise you, taking into account every detail to ensure you have a perfect day.

Do children count as adults?

Yes, children count as adults and should be taken into account when renting a boat.

LOGISTICS

What is the rental schedule?

We do not have a fixed schedule, we always adapt to customers as much as possible. They usually start at 10:00 am and last for 8 hours. If there are cases where you want to see a sunset in some place, you just have to talk to the crew and agree with them.

Can we bring food and drinks on the boat?

You can bring the food and drinks you want to enjoy your day to the fullest. There are always complimentary drinks on board the boat.

Can we book extras?

You can hire the extras you need to live a unique experience. If you wish, you can also let us know and we will be happy to help you find what you need.

How do we decide where to go?

You probably already have a fixed idea for your day, but sometimes it's better to let the crew recommend you as they will take into account the wind, waves, and other factors to make your day perfect. We always recommend discussing it with them on the day of departure.

RESERVATION

How should I make the reservation?

To rent a boat at IWL you can do it through our website by filling out the availability inquiry form, also by sending an email directly to info@ibizawaterlife.com or by calling our contact phone number at +34 .... Where they can assist you in English, Spanish, German or Swedish.

When should I make a reservation?

Due to high demand for boat rentals during the summer season, we recommend that you make your reservation as soon as you have your travel dates. This way, you'll not only secure your booking but also have the opportunity to choose the boat that best suits your needs.

PAYMENT

What is included in the rental price?

The price we indicate when you make the reservation will be the total with taxes included. In each boat option, there is a section that states everything included in the rental depending on each boat.

What is not included?

Fuel is not included and will be paid at the end of the day. The consumption will depend on the chosen boat, the navigation hours, and speed. You can always ask us and we will give you an estimate.

How should I pay?

Once the boat has been decided, to be able to block it we will need a 50% payment to formalize the reservation. We will send you a simple link and you will only need to follow the instructions. The other 50% can be paid the day before or on the same day at the port upon delivery of the rental contract.

 

 

CANCELLATIONS

What happens if I cancel the reservation?

If for any reason you are not able to enjoy the boat on the selected day, we will have to consult the penalty that may exist. If the cancellation is less than 15 days in advance, the 50% reservation fee will not be refunded.

What happens if we cannot sail due to bad weather?

If it is not possible to navigate due to adverse weather conditions, we can change the rental date, making sure that the same boat or a similar one is available. If you are unable to navigate on any other day, the reservation can be canceled as long as two of these conditions occur at the same time:

  • Waves over 1 meter high
  • Wind over 20 knots
  • Intense rain for more than 2 consecutive hours on the day of navigation.
